Fawn Williams has been teaching yoga since 2008 and is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), recognized by the International Association of Yoga Therapy for bringing yoga tools into healthcare settings. Her specialized training includes adaptive yoga, yoga for mental health, and pre- and post-natal Pilates. She is a Yoga Alliance Registered Continuing Education Provider and founded a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training School in 2020.

Her classes are inspired by Iyengar yoga, mindfulness meditation, martial arts, and somatic movement, using accessible practices to foster self-acceptance, resilience, and self-awareness. Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Pacific Northwest College of Art, she draws on her background as a trained dancer and visual artist to incorporate creativity into her clients' healing journeys.

Fawn owned and operated Elk Rock Yoga, a successful studio in Portland, for seven years and strongly advocates for the value of small businesses in local communities. Beyond her yoga practice, she maintains a lifelong dedication to the performing arts, music, theater, and community radio. When off the mat, you can find her at the coast with her family.

Sara Parker is a Portland-based Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® trainer whose work is rooted in nearly two decades of devoted study, practice, and teaching.

With a foundation in dance (B.S., University of Oregon; M.F.A., University of Utah) and advanced Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® training with Master Trainers including Jane Gotch, Chantal Deeble, Emma Kingston, Karen Mullen, Nora Heiber, and Debra Rose, Sara brings a rare level of precision, artistry, and discernment into her sessions. She is also a certified yoga instructor with over 18 years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching, seamlessly integrating breath, fluidity, and awareness into her work.

A lifelong student of movement, Sara approaches the body as both an instrument and a source of intelligence. Her teaching is shaped by a deep sensitivity to language, communication, and expression. Over the course of her career, she has worked with individuals navigating burnout, rebuilding confidence, healing self-worth, moving through addiction, and crossing pivotal life thresholds. What she has consistently witnessed is that when people engage their bodies with intention and expression, something fundamental reorganizes from how they move to how they relate to themselves, their choices, and the direction of their lives.

At its core, her work is an invitation: to inhabit yourself more fully, to engage your life more consciously, and to recognize that the way you move is inseparable from the way you live.
