Kelley Lindstrom

Dr. Kelley Lindstrom brings 13 years of physical therapy experience treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic pain and injury. A Pacific Northwest native and former athlete, she has a passion for helping people achieve or return to the active lifestyle this region offers.
Her background as a teacher, coach, and mentor shapes a patient-centered approach that emphasizes education and empowerment. Kelley's areas of focus include acute and chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, ACL prevention and rehab, running injuries, court sport athletes, and the unique needs of women through perimenopause and menopause.
Kelley holds a Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), blending manual therapy with therapeutic exercise in her practice. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University and has been serving the Portland metro area since 2013. She is also part of the education team at Pacific University School of Physical Therapy.
Outside the clinic, Kelley enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and watching sports, and spending time with her dog, Kai, her partner, Colin, and loved ones.
