Kelley Lindstrom

PT, DPT, COMT, CSCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Kelley Lindstrom is a physical therapist with over 12 years of experience treating patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic pain or injury. Having grown up in Oregon and being an athlete herself, Kelley is passionate about helping people achieve or return to an active lifestyle that the Pacific Northwest offers. Her years as a coach, mentor, and leader lend a treatment approach that empowers people to reach their goals with an emphasis on patient-centered education and care. Kelley’s areas of focus and interest include acute and chronic pain or injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, ACL prevention and rehabilitation, running-related injuries, and “court sport” athletes of all ages. More recently, she has developed an interest in and is learning more about the unique considerations for women through perimenopause and menopause. Kelley has a Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which fosters a blend of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to her treatment philosophy.

Kelley’s undergraduate education started in 2005 at Willamette University, where she received a degree in Exercise Science while playing volleyball at the NCAA DIII level. She moved to Colorado in 2010, attending Regis University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Missing the people and places at home, Kelley moved back to Oregon and has worked in the Portland metro area since 2013.

When Kelley is not at MBody you can likely find her teaching students at Pacific University, hiking or camping in the mountains, reading a good book, watching sports (WNBA coming to PDX!), hanging out with her dog, Kai, or spending time with friends and family.
