Dr. Mariah Frank is a physical therapist at mBody Health who specializes in treating pelvic floor dysfunction and orthopedic concerns. They are a certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner (PRPC) through Herman and Wallace, with a passion for treating patients of all genders — including particular focus on the trans community and pregnant people.

Some of the conditions Mariah treats include pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, and pelvic organ prolapse. They experience great joy in helping patients return to the life they love, and are always their fiercest advocate — whatever your goals are, they will help you reach them.

Mariah earned their Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology while running on the NCAA Division I cross country and track team at Marquette University, and later received their Doctor of Physical Therapy from Marquette as well. Outside of work, they enjoy rock climbing, hiking, and exploring used bookstores.
