What our clients say

Black and white photo of a person practicing yoga, sitting with their legs crossed, hands pressed together in a prayer position, head bowed down, on a yoga mat.

For my shoulder injury/pain (and other related injuries), Kelley listened; she spent time each session assessing my shoulder in relation to my upper body; she then carefully massaged and moved the shoulder (which resulted in less pain and greater mobility); she then measured again, and then she modified my daily exercises.

The exercises that she assigned are subtle and include videos that I review at home for accuracy, and I have noticed that these exercises are really helping without adding pain.

She is an extremely skilled practitioner (which I know because I have had many sports injuries and surgeries), and I appreciate her understanding of the body, mobility, and activity goals.

Had a great experience with MBody and Matt from the PT team. The space is lovely and Matt was amazing at helping me through my recovery sprain. Very  from an ankle kind and knowledgeable!

Michelle Gilpin pays fastidious attention to detail and goes to the root of body function issues. I’ve seen her for years for all of my PT and functionality issues, and I’m pleased that she has finally opened her own clinic.

I have seen both Kelsey for PT and Sam for soft tissue work / massage and I highly recommend both. They are patient centered, knowledgeable and patient. In addition, the front desk staff is friendly, efficient and kind. I highly recommend this practice.

As an elite distance runner I've worked with many Physical Therapists over the last 20+ years to both stay healthy and recover from injury. I've experienced one of the most difficult and complicated injuries over the past 6 months and Maddie has been phenomenal in getting me back to being injury free.

She really knows her stuff as a PT, and is also SUCH a joy to work with... she's kind, compassionate, receptive to feedback/ideas, and highly collaborative with me as an athlete (she respects that I know my body really well!). I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Maddie and would highly recommend her!
