Tara Porchia
NASM-CPT, CES & GPT Personal Trainer
Tara is a NASM-certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and group personal trainer with a passion for helping clients of all backgrounds build strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness habits. Since beginning their own fitness journey in 2018 and training clients professionally since 2021, Tara has developed a well-rounded approach to training, with a special focus on senior fitness and guiding beginners as they take their first steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
Tara believes that fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and empowering. They are committed to helping clients improve joint stability, mobility, and overall movement quality, and generally helping clients reduce their injury risk and build strong foundations for long-term health and well-being.
With a B.S. in Philosophy & Psychology from the University of Oregon, Tara brings a thoughtful and individualized approach to coaching, ensuring each client receives the support and motivation they need to succeed. Outside of work they enjoy weightlifting, biking, hiking, and taking their cats on walks in their cat backpack.
